Hi,

I'm trying to get Asus 520gc working with X-Wrt, I'v already removed couple of things from firmware image e.g dropbear - pppoe - ppp, but I still have a problem.

First of all the router isn't saving any changes, no mater what I do, after reboot all is gone

Second, my new image is about 1,3mb but when I try to install some new pakage for eg usb core there is no space df

root@OpenWrt:/# df
Filesystem           1k-blocks      Used Available Use% Mounted on
rootfs                    1152      1152         0 100% /
/dev/root                 1152      1152         0 100% /rom
tmpfs                     6856      2576      4280  38% /tmp
tmpfs                      512         0       512   0% /dev
mini_fo:/tmp/root         1152      1152         0 100% /
root@OpenWrt:/#

I can only install to /tmp

Sorry for my bad English, I hope You understand me.

There is not enough space to create a jffs partition to save the changes to, your image needs to be smaller.

I'v created new image with image builder and it almost works, after installing usb support and ext2 last thing that I need help with is how to boot from usb, following how-to from openwrt forum is making router hang, I think it isn't for the latest 8.09 build or I'm missing something.
